  • 12 front squats 135/95

  • 10 burpees over-the-bar

  • 8 handstand push-ups

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict hspu's.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • light to moderate barbell; aim for unbroken sets on front squats.

  • pressing fatigue from the burpees and HSPU's.
