  • 1 power snatch & 1 hang squat snatch & 1 overhead squat

  • increase weight safely as necessary

  • focus on SKILL over strength

8MIN AMRAP:

  • 1 squat snatch @50%

  • 25 double-unders

(EXTRA CREDIT: crossover single-unders.)

(SCORE: TOTAL ROUNDS & weight used.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • 8-12 ROUNDS

  • shoulder burn!

  • choose a moderate weight that is easily doable.

  • SCALE double-unders to 25sec of attempts or singles.
