  • rope climbs


10 ROUNDS:

  • 5 pull-ups

  • 5 deadlifts 185/125

  • 25 double-unders

  • 5 toes-to-bar

(EXTRA CREDIT: strict gymnastics.)


INTENDED STIMULUS:

  • TIME DOMAIN: 10~15MINS

  • low reps & high rounds.

  • choose a deadlift weight that can be done in 1-2 sets.

  • try to move steadily but quickly and control heart rate.

  • perfect opportunity to challenge yourself on gymnastics while tired.

  • advanced athletes should try strict gymnastics.
